Do not go here. They forgot to put oil in my engine and tried to lie to me about it by adding oil after the fact. My engine was destroyed and had to be replaced and they did not ever admit to it, even though my car drove perfect on my way to the garage and broke inside their garage. Conveniently enough, their cameras were down so it could never be proven, but the mechanic (not from Precision) that replaced my engine said that the old one had definitely been run with no oil. Come on, I have a less than 10 year old Honda with less than 100K, the engines don't just conveniently break during an oil change of all places. My car had no negative mechanical history prior to this incident. Their local corporate offices were nice at first, but once they realized they were not going to pay for the damages, they were very reclusive in getting back to me about the situation. Again, it was never proven that they were at fault, but you be the judge. Beware! more

I asked them to check briefly for why my vehicle wouldn't start and also recharge my A/C. They are nice enough and the A/C was done but I was charged 2 hrs of labor looking for the cause which was not found. I had instructed them not to "look too long" for it and was told by the desk clerk they would not exceed 1 hr of labor without calling me. I had saved $450 over 3 months for a radiator but ended up spending it unwittingly on A/C and ineffective troubleshooting labor. I will be more specific with garages in the future but this one won't be one of them. more

I came here to replace the clutch on my truck. The first time they put it in, they used the wrong size. A year later the clutch started slipping and they had to replace it again. I will never take another vehicle to this location and you should not either. Pros: None at all Cons: Horrible repair job more

We've been taking our cars there for all sorts of services for seven or eight years, and have always been very pleased with the services and the pricing. The owners of the franchise are honest and trustworthy, and always take the time to explain their findings and recommendations. The owners and staff all know my husband and ask about him when I bring in the cars. At times, when the repair or adjustment was minor, they've even done it at no charge. The owners also helped us figure out what a fair price was when we decided to sell one of our cars. They're a great resource, and treat us like friends. We're thrilled to have found them. Pros: honest, explains services and recommendations well, consistently good service Cons: wait can be long, it's best if you can drop off the car and go back later to pick it up more

I went to Precision Tune to get an oil change and front end straighten. They made the angle of the wheels worse! I returned back to have them fix it. They did not, they only put the car back the way they found it. And to top it off my car sounds like it is going to fall apart. Customer Serive did NOT exsit. They kept me waiting and waiting, my car spent a total of 8 hours there and they only thing they did was make it worse. NEVER GO THERE! Pros: there are none Cons: everything more
