Over all everything was great. The sales staff (Todd) and Finance (Bobby) were great.The entire process was fast and fair. At no time did we think that we were just another set of customers, they took the time to listen to what we needed and what we were trying to do and make sure we were comfortable with the entire purchase. Would definitly concider again for another purchace. more

Paul was very helpful in gettig me into the Highlander I had been looking for. Used Highlanders are not easy to find. It was my lucky day. He was pleasant and easy to work with. I had done a lot of looking over the past year so it was a pretty easy sale. I went through the Costco program. I have recommended Paul and this program to others. more

The moment I walked on the lot i was not harrased by sales people they were all very courteous. Even when our salesman left us for a moment others asked if we neede anything like water. The deal was very fast and very fair. I will be having another vehicle purchase from here more

I like the courtesy and friendliness displayed. Being a woman, men in these kinds of positions often times try to tell me something I know is not true which makes me question everything they say. I did not get the impression I was being ""taken"" and this made it an enjoyable experience. more

Great service was provided from the moment I showed up at the dealer and asked for assistance. Working through and with the Internet/Fleet Manager Department is the way to do business. I liked the ease of the transaction. I can not stand multiple trips back and forth to the manager. I had just left a Dodge dealer for doing that exact thing. Give me the bottom line and lets not waste each others time. Sounds simple and it is. more

I enjoyed the efficiency of the 6/22/2012

The comfort factor. Also their knowledge. I know most dealerships say they want you to feel like family, but in all honesty, they really did make me feel like I was part of the Toyota family and I really wanted my 1st new car to be the best. Thank you, Precision staff! more

Everyone I met was very friendly. I never felt that I was unimportant and staff was very understanding of my needs and desires. One thing set this dealership above the others I went to. The salesman responded to my needs and didn't try to push anything I didn't want. more

I came in with a Sequoia on mind and 5/24/2012

I came in with a Sequoia on mind and ended up with a Sienna, more so because of the way in which the salesperson related to me in terms of having a family and how useful a minivan would be for my family. They also went out of their way to show me a minivan that wasn't even available in the lot. They had to schedule to bring one from somewhere else. That was nice. more

The dealership had a good inventory of the model that I was interested in and we were able to test drive several different vehicles. The prices of the vehicles were very reasonable. more

Joshua and Peter recognize me 8/5/2011

I really liked the friendliness of the team. Most people make a purchase and when they return no one remembers their names. I returned to the dealership and not only did Ed, Joshua and Peter recognize me, but they came up to have small talk and ensure my satisfaction with the car. If it was not for these guys I wouldn't have bought the Corolla. more
