Amazing service 12/16/2010

As a consumer, there are many times I am disappointed in a local business when it comes to customer service. Well this is NOT the case with Precision Performance. Here are the things they did right! 1. Fixed my car - perfectly 2. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly and genuine. 3. They completed the work - on time - when they said the car would be ready - it was. 4. They went the extra mile to fix a little door thing that wasn't a part of the original job. 5. They made the transaction as smooth as they possible could with my insurance and deductible. 6. They are family owned and REALLY care about their customers. Thanks to the whole gang at Precision Performance! I confidently recommend Precision Performance to everyone who needs body work. more

The crew at Precision Performance was great! They were understanding, took the time to pay attention to detail and had great initiative! They were very friendly, they had a family atmosphere that was very comfortable and easy going. Very respectful and polite service! In addition they were fast and did a great job on my car, their pricing was great! Bring your car to these guys ! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone great shop!? more

I don't know much about cars and even less about transmissions. My car would only go in reverse. I called a number of repair centers and no one would give me a quote. I called Precision Performance and they gave me a quote. Not only did I get a quote, the Manager took 15 minutes and explained what the evaluation process was and what repairs might me needed after the evaluation. The reason I went to Precision Performance is they listened to me and answered my questions.? more

I've been bringing my car to Precision Performance for years with fantastic outcomes and quality results at a fair market price they're very passionate about their work. My car has never looked so shiny I didn't want to replace it. Thanks for saving me thousands from the alternative of buying a new car. Many strangers ask me if I just bought new car I giggle no, I just got it detailed - sure feels like new again! I couldn't be happier thanks for all your explaining putting my mind at ease about your services, my expectations where surpassed it was well worth the cost. The mechanics at Precision Performance had my problem diagnosed within two hours and had my car back to me within the same day. I was amazed when I was told that the problem was minor. My repair cost substantially less than I expected. I knew then, that I had finally found an honest mechanics.? more
