Very knowledgeable tech 2/2/2017

I had a really good experience working with the guy from Precision Heating & Air. I had an air conditioning unit go out in one of my rental properties and since this is a short term rental place I needed it to be done fast. I had already had to cancel a few reservations and so I was very happy with the speed that Precision Heating & Air was able to answer my call. The guy came in and looked at it and knew exactly what it was. He told me the price of the part and I thought that I could find a better price for the part elsewhere. We debated it but I decided I was going to look anyway. I get a call from him not even 5 minutes later and he tells me the part is actually under warranty so all I needed to do was pay for the labor. I was unaware of this and I am so happy that he checked for me and saved me from having to go look around for that part. He went and got the part and fixed it with no issues. It was a really good experience and I would definitely call Precision Heating & Air again. more

Great service! 2/1/2017

I've been using the services of Precision Heating & Air for about five years. They installed a new central air unit, heating and air conditioning, for me, and have been taking care of the regular maintenance and quarterly checkups. Their technical representatives are super knowledgeable about their work. They're fast, efficient, and friendly. I've been satisfied enough that I have, in fact, recommended them to others. more

Excellent service 1/13/2017

I have used the services of the guys over at Precision Heating & Air for a while now and they have always been great to me. They always answer my calls and get someone out whenever I have the need which I really appreciate. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and great guys which makes it that much easier to work with them. I have yet to have any complaints in my many experiences with Precision and can't imagine going anywhere else. more

The AC system is still working after all this time 12/20/2016

Precision Heating & Air, LLC. did work for us a while ago, so I don't remember many of the specifics but I thought that the prices were reasonable considering that we had our whole air conditioning system replaced. So, I think all the prices were higher than we were hoping for but that didn't mean specifically that they were unreasonable. They were friendly and the system is still working after all this time so, it seems to have been worth it. more

I used Precision Heating & Air, LLC a long time ago but they were fine and did a good job. Honestly, I don't remember much else but we didn't have any problems and the work they did with the ac unit was good, the air conditioner is still working well so I have no complaints. more

Great Service, Friendly, and Easy Scheduling. 11/16/2016

We originally had our updated air conditioner installed from Precision Heating and Air. This included having our ducts redirected for greater efficiency. We called recently to have a yearly inspection of our heating and air. The technician came out the next day. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly, and helpful. system is running smoothly, without hiccup; which is important with the Texas heat. The technician was professional, courteous, and efficient with his time. My dogs also liked him as well. we will continue to refer this company to anyone we know. more

Excellent job. 11/7/2016

About six years ago, in the middle of summer, our air conditioning unit went down. I called Precision Heating & Air, LLC and they had their technician here very quickly. He did a quick review of what the problem was and showed me it was an exploded electrical component. He couldn't replace because it would have taken too much power to run the unit if he did, so, the next day they had a crew here to replace the air conditioner. I have used them to do the yearly maintenance inspections ever since. They give excellent service and I have recommended them many times. more

Excellent service provided by German Aguila. 10/6/2016

I had initially scheduled a service appointment because one of our AC units wouldn't turn on. However we finally realized that the AC switch in the attic had been turned off. At that point I called to change the appointment to having the furnace units checked out before the first cold front. German was very thorough in checking out both units and thankfully explained to me that both systems were working fine. He also made a suggestion to install float switches to prevent future leaks. I am very pleased with the service. more

He listens carefully to your concerns, thoroughly investigates the system, and clearly explains his recommendations and how it will resolve your issues. He patiently answers any questions you may have, then creates a plan of action with your approval. He cares about doing the job right. He cares about the comfort and air quality of your home. He cares about your family. I only use Precision, and I only use German Aguila. more

Simply Awesome! Very Happy Customer! :) 8/30/2016

I was so stressed out with my a/c leaking and blowing hot air. There were numerous issues that included a clogged drain and a heat sequencer that was blowing both hot and cold air at the same time, plus a dead sensor. Who knew? Well, as it turns out, Jeff did! (Gosh, I hope I got that right...I'm so bad with names...I already forgot. My bad. ) Anyhow, he explained to me what all was going on and kept the costs reasonable, in fact, he kept the costs way down. Great job! Precision is truly my a/c company for life! Now if I can only find a plumber... And btw, my house is COLD!!! I think for the first time ever! more

Helpful service, went above and beyond to keep us cool! 8/24/2016

Chris McRae was our technician. He came out to check one of our AC units that had completely stopped cooling, talked through all the options, and despite our unit being 21 years old, didn't push replacing it. He then took the time to check our other units, even though they weren't part of the original call, to make sure everything was working correctly. He provided suggestions, options, and other professional expertise on how we might improve the efficiency of our HVAC system as well as drop energy bills. Very happy with the quality of service. more
