Joe was awesome - on time, good with my tenants and good with me. He even took photos of the roof top AC unit and sent them to me so I could see and understand what he was talking about. Some companies I have worked with in the past assume I don’t have any technical knowledge since I am female. I have several rental properties and I entrust them all to Precision Heating & Air Conditioning – I wouldn’t go anywhere else! more

You can’t beat the service provided by Precision! The prices are not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for! They take care of their customers, and don't try to cheat you. They are always there to help you any time or day without any overtime fees! Our AC quit working in the middle of an Austin summer; temperatures were in the triple digits. Precision Heating & Air responded within an hour to our home and had us back up and running within two hours. The guys were great and I highly recommend them! more

Corey showed up just one hour after our heater stopped working. He checked everything and discovered it was a thermostat. It only took him a few minutes to fix it and we were warm and toasty in no time. Many thanks for the great service! more

They do not charge and arm and a leg or try to up-sell customers on things they don’t need, and the technicians were easy to talk to, very friendly, and they worked efficiently. To top it off, they waived the service call fee. They do excellent work at reasonable prices. I strongly suggest their maintenance plan; it is very inexpensive and very beneficial! We love their service and we will never go to another company for maintenance or service. more
