I contacted Canady’s for a spring check of my AC unit. They were very pleasant on the phone and very thorough with their questions. I was emailed a photo of Taylor, the technician who would be arriving for the services, about 1 hour before my appointment. In addition to his photo, Taylor’s background and training were also included. Taylor arrived promptly and put on protective “booties” before stepping inside. He explained very thoroughly what he was going to do and gave me information about Canady’s. After inspecting the unit Taylor showed me several issues to be addressed and then proceeded outside to check all connections. Taylor was very knowledgeable and professional - he patiently answered all of my questions! I would not hesitate to recommend Canady’s and Taylor for HVAC attention. more

Todays' Service Call with Willie was another wonderful way to start my morning Willie is always positive and very professional As stated from the office, he would call in advance to advise when he'd be arriving The appointment was between 8:00--NOON Willie called at 7:45 and said he'd arrive in 7 minutes. Tim was friendly, conscientious, efficient and most helpful during his annual service call to my home. He went out of his way to explain the current needs of my system and offered help in adjusting a duct damper to provide improved air flow to our great room. Considering that he is new to this profession, he provided service above and beyond his age and time on the job. I look forward to seeing him again at my next annual service. more

My new HVAC system was installed less than 3 weeks earlier, when I noticed water leaking on the floor outside the closet where it was located. I immediately called Canady's and they sent a technician the very next day. Kyle B. very quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and thorough. more

Thank you Canady’s for such a quick response to our call. Steven arrived at scheduled time, was respectful of our issue, checked with us about findings and kept us posted as to what he’d be doing. At completion he let us know what he had found, what he’d done to repair and assured that he’d come back if there were further problems. He cleaned up afterwards and there was no evidence of his being here except the problem was solved. more

Steven was an excellent technician. He performed a diagnostic test on our air conditioning system and found that we had a leak in one of the lines causing all the Freon to leak out. He found that our system was still under warranty and fixed the leak at no charge, He was very professional and explain everything that he did to our system. He was very polite and did his work without any problems. We would like to thank Steven for his excellent work. more

Willie WAS EXCEPTIONAL and I did not do ANY checking behind him because he and Canady's have earned my TRUST !!! This is HUGE in this customers thinking. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.
