Pratt Landry Associates has lost the true meaning of customer service. Thier sales personnel seem to act as is they are doing you a favor for quoting them and tehn there is no communication with the customer after the sale. If using them for service, you ar elucky if you get a guy with the porper tools and do not be surprised if you have a few more service guys showing up, oh and they will bill you for thier incompetance too! My corporation has alotted the necessary funds to remove out systems PLA services and go with a competitor. It seems as if it is of no matter anyway since the owner is in his late 70's and does not seem to care anymore.
Pros: Had a some key people that started to turn things around.
Cons: They got rid of them.
