pizza is okay, a good value. the meatballs are a ripoff. you get 3 meatballs less than an inch wide and a bunch of okay sauce. they also take over an hour every time I've ordered. more

I was looking for good pizza restaurant in San Francisco, and I picked the right one. They have very good value compare to others, and 10% of CouponCash. The order took a little over 30 mins, and the pizza was hot and delicious. The pizza driver came to the front door, very polite and friendly. more

Check out the Yelp Reviews before ordering. There are MORE 1 star ratings than anything else. 1. Delivery issues - The delivery man called me a block away and wanted me to come outside to pick up the pizza from the car 2. Incorrect order - it was NOT a deep dish pizza, even as they display on their website. 3. Poor customer service - When I called the business directly to say that we got the wrong order they said "Sorry, that is our cheap pizza." 3 strikes your out - I will not be ordering from Pranzo Pizza again! more

Food was under cooked, "Burger" was a "Hockey Puck" Fries" cold, And under cooked, "Mozzarella Sticks" cold and Nasty, ew!!! "Chicken Nuggets" nasty, cold, and under cooked.....I would never order from this place again, plus, the driver called me 2 blocks away to ask me to meet him "OUTSIDE" I was like excuse me I ordered food from you, "DO your Damn" JOB!!! AND DELIVER IT TO ME.....nasty.....THIS CITY, NEEDS AN ADJUSTMENT with how business treat customers....... more

I received a pizza an hour and half later which tasted like it was made eight hours ago, and cold as a stone. Here's the dialogue from my conversation with Pranzo's: Me: This pizza, why is it so cold, and it tastes old. Pranzo: It not cold and old. It hot and new. Me: Maybe at the beginning of the day, but this tastes like it's been sitting around for hours, the cheese is completely hardened. Pranzo: It's not hard it's new. We made it just for you. Me: Ok, nevermind... DON'T ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! more

Because of the weather, they arrived a little late, but the food was still hot and tasty. Salad was fresh, no wilted lettuce. Would reccomend to friends and I will eat here again! more

I have ordered from this place 8 times in the last month. Never ordered pizza tho. Subs, fries, wings, burgers, salads, and desserts are all good. There are other places that deliver similar food - places that are equally good in terms of food quality. This place has above average prices ((i.e. lower for what you get), fast delivery and the delivery guys consistently come to the door of my hi-rise apt rather than trying to get me to come way down to the lobby to meet them. I used to order more from pronto and a few other places, but this is my main place now. more

Great pizza at a great price! Many things I love about this place. The pizza is pretty good and the medium pizza itself is pretty big. It is more than enough to feed me for dinner! They offer free delivery for orders over $15, which is really convenient. The other thing is, there are a couple free things to choose from if your order is over $15. Good food, and the price just makes it that much better! more
