My experience with this office has been excellent! It seems they always have time to see me, whether for maintenance or a problem. They have worked with me through varied insurance changes, and they always make sure that my chiropractic treatment takes top priority. Saturday hours are very convenient. I always feel like they really care how I'm feeling, and I never feel rushed or like I'm just another patient. The doctors are genuine and the staff is wonderful. more

My problems included sports injuries that had never fully resolved themselves and several areas of chronic pain. I had discomfort in my left and right knee, left ankle, back, and neck. As Dr. Levy had predicted, I began to see some improvements in my situation. I noticed the pain lessening after each visit. Because of my treatments with Dr. Levy, the other treatments that I had been getting, like physical therapy, began to be more effective. I have been very happy with my improvement, which has not yet reached an endpoint. I continue to improve and am optimistic about where things are going. Dr. Levy has a wonderful ?table-side? manner. He is very caring, and is a good listener. I can tell that it is important to him that his patients get better. Being in his care feels like a true partnership between patient and physician. In addition, he is an excellent source of referrals and his office staff is great with dealing with insurance companies. more

Over Thanksgiving, I cooked dinner for my family. I pulled something when I took the turkey out of the oven, because the next day I could barely walk. A week later, I was still experiencing horrible back pain. I went to my doctor and he suggested an MRI and gave me some prescriptions. All the pills did was make me sleepy. My sister suggested I make an appointment with Dr. Gates. I felt better after my first appointment with him! He really took the time to talk with me and find out where I was hurting. I canceled my MRI and I continue to see Dr. Gates. I have received excellent care. more
