The Gentleman that came out was very nice and respectful, he found the problem quick and we had air in no time. However the receptionist or whomever picks up there phone was very rude and acted as if i was being such an inconvenience to the company, very huffy puffy when she called me at 11:45am in the middle of the work week and wanted to know if anyone was home so they could come that minute. When i explained that i cant leave work at the drop of the hat she became very frustrated, i called her back and told her i can be there at 3pm that afternoon, again she addressed me with unneeded attitude. The man didn't get to my home till 5:15pm. Im thankful im salary based and didn't lose those hours at work, when i would've arrived home right at 5pm if i would've never left. So i give 5 star to the HVAC man for his professionalism and finding and fixing the problem asap, and 1 star for the unnecessary rudeness of the office staff
