Working with Kelly DeCaret I have now transported 3 cars at different times to three different locations. She is attentive and responsive. I was always informed as to the timing of pick up and delivery. Having given me her cell phone number Kelly was available to speak by phone at any time even on the weekend. I gave Post Oak Auto Transport a 4 for service because I just don't get as much feedback as I probably would like to have. I would like more details about pick up times, scheduling, and all that good stuff. Otherwise, they are very good. They reply to my emails very quickly, and they normally try to schedule drivers quickly. more

I began using Post Oak Auto Transport when Tony moved there from another auto transport company. Tony's responsiveness is amazing, and I'm comfortable working with him. I am the trade show coordinator for a car audio company, so it's very important to me that our cars arrive on time. They must be there by the registration deadline, or else we miss the show. I have no complaints at all with Post Oak. Tony will do everything he can to ensure that things happen according to plan. We once had an incident where a car dropped off the radar for a couple of days. Tony was on the phone with me constantly, as well as with the people on the receiving end, until the situation was resolved. He was even out of town at a friend's house for the weekend, yet continued to call with updates. Tony made this scary situation a little less scary. I was referred to Kelly DeCarteret from a good friend of mines to move one of our exemplar vehicles from Arizona to Chicago. She immediately explained her service and had options for me within a few minutes. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes of my time and everything was schedule to go. The process went without any issues and when I needed to change the final location she was able to get that done for me without issue. The level of professionalism, customer service has to be one of the best that I have experienced in a very long time and their rate was very affordable. I needed to ship my car from California to Texas. Post Oak shipped it with no problems. The driver had a nice rig and kept in touch with me throughout. If I ship another car, I will use Post Oak. more
