Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits

I have been to this restaurant quite a few times. Today however was the last and final. I always give them second upon second chances. I can honestly say that 85% of the time I have been disappointed. I only order a two piece white spicy. That should be a simple order, but it isn't. On more than one occasion, I have ended up with mild chicken or dark chicken. Tonight I said it in the drive thru window before she handed me my bag, PLEASE make sure that it is spicy she kind of blew me off as if I was telling her how to do her job. . If i have to say that to you, that means that my experiences have been bad. It wasn't spicy. Usually I just call and they replace it. I am tired of having to drive back up there to have my food corrected. Gas is not cheap. thank you for your terrible service and waste of time. I did go back up there, but only to get my money back. I will go to Taylor which is about 15 minutes away before I EVER go back there. more

I will NEVER eat at this establishment again...even if it was FREE! First, the woman that took my order from the drive-thru was so rude...I thought I was on one of those candid camera shows! Seriously, I should have drove off then and there. She sounded so irritated that I asked a question about their menu. Second, the food was horrible! The potatoes were nasty and so was the chicken. I will definitly go to KFC next time or Mr. Chicken down the street. I will tell all of my friends and family to never eat here! more
