I had the worst experience here from staff and management. While trying to give my order I was continuously interrupted; with all the interruptions I tried asking if the Cashier heard that I wanted white meat. After being told ""I heard you the first time"" (only asked her once) I asked for someone else to take my order & to speak with management. The manager acted as if there wasn't an issue while she stood a few feet away. I had to point and tell her I want to speak to you. After explaining what happened while the rude Cashier remained standing next to her, she nonchalantly apologized stating well the Cashier is a manager from elsewhere. It was later confirmed she was a Cashier. In requesting for a higher level manager the Cashier egged on the situation stating to come over the counter and the manager backed her. This location is ran by incompetent and rude folks. If this is the type of customer service to expect I will never be back.
