Our first stop for appliances. We bought our refrigerator, our dish washer and most recently a microwave. Always a good experience at a good price. It is also important to us to shop local. more

Good! 1/29/2015

Poletski's Appliance Center was good, but they had to keep coming back up to three times before they figured out the problem. It was just frustrating because they couldn't figure out the problem with the new refrigerator I bought and so they had to call the manufacturer to get reason why it wasn't working. They were a great company to work with though, and they were personable people. The workers that came out were also very helpful. more

Just great! 12/31/2014

We have been here for 11 years, and we have been using Poletski's Appliance Center the whole time. We bought all of our major appliances from them. They have been taking care of them ever since, and they are just great! I wouldn't buy major appliances from anyone else. more

I only have great things to say about Poletski's Appliance Center! I have been going to them for about three or four years, and I am always very happy with everything. The appliances I purchase from them are always good, and the people who work for them are great. The prices are also reasonable, and I like to support them because they're a local business. I would recommend them without hesitation. more

Wonderful experience. 12/18/2014

I have been using Poletski's for quite some time. They repair appliances for me. The service technician was on time. He was courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part in the truck to fix it without having to leave. I've had good experiences with Poletski's, and they're local. I have no problems with them; they've always done a good job in the past. more

Good overall! 9/10/2014

I have been dealing with Poletski's Appliance Center for a long time. I bought 5 or 6 appliances from them all at once. I have had issues with all of the appliances. When I call they are always responsive and send somebody right out. The service man Mike is excellent. Overall, it has been a good experience. more

Excellent 9/9/2014

I have used Poletski's Appliance Center a few times in the past couple of years. A couple years ago I got a refrigerator and it didn't work right. It was a nightmare, and in that time I spoke to Jared a lot. They handled the whole thing and helped me get a new one. They were great about the whole thing. Their customer service is excellent. They continue to help you, even after the sale. I love supporting local business and will definitely go to them again. more

Bait and Switch 2/11/2011

When we looked at refrigerators we found a Whirlpool 22cu ft. that we liked and would fit in our space. We had to order because they didn't have in stock. They told us deliver was $75 even though the website says $39.95. Two weeks later when the fridge was delivered, it was a 19cu ft, I looked at the paperwork and sure enough they had ordered a 19 cu ft. and charged us the same price as the 22 cu ft. I called them up and they told me, it says right here you ordered the 19 cu ft. I will never purchase from them again! Beware, look at the paperwork before leaving the store! This is a classic Bait and Switch operation. more

Very responsive! 10/12/2010

Despite an initial estimate of a possible two-day wait because of busy schedule, Poletski's sent out a repairman within an hour to fix our fridge. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem and made the fix. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We will call them again and would recommend them to anyone else for similar problems. more

Go anywhere but Poletski's. 8/31/2009

I would not recommend Poletski's nor ever return to Poletski's myself. They have made multiple mistakes with one special order of two items so that something I was promised I would have in a week did not come until two weeks later and the other item still has not come after three weeks. They planned on overcharging me before I pointed out their error, didn't want to give me a sale price on items that were sold to me less than one week before the sale, have not gotten back to me when they said that they would, and have left me completely unsatisfied. In speaking with friends and neighbors about my experience, they have echoed my complaints every time. I always prefer to keep my business local, but they do not deserve my business. Dealing with them has been a fiasco from beginning to end. I would give them zero stars if it were an option. more

Purchased Range, Refrigerator, Microwave & Dishwasher. All delivered the same day. Excellent Selection, Excellent Service. Way better than expected. Pros: Local, great selection, great prices. Got it home the same day I bought it. Cons: Can't think of any cons. more
