I will never call this plumber again. My hot water heater wasn't working. They came out and said I needed the burning assembly replaced, but when they went to get the part, called again and said because I was out of warranty, I should replace the whole thing. By this time it was late Friday afternoon. I didn't have time to get another opinion. Until he quoted the price, that is. He wanted over $1,100. I declined, called 3 other plumbers and all of them quoted extremely better prices.
