I have been working with Jessica since she opened Plumb Line Pilates in 2004. Her classes are great ... she's very good at giving personalized attention to each student. She's mindful of my individual needs and goals. I've been to other studios and pursued different fitness regiments, but I've found that Jessica and her teaching technique gives me the best results. I began doing Pilates at Plumbline Pilates just over a year ago and I would never go back to my life without it! Pilates practice has reduced my pain, improved my strength and flexibility, and given me a renewed sense of self-confidence. Jessica Rothman, the owner of Plumbline Pilates, worked to create a program that incorporates my needs due to an illness. Jessica has taught me how to safely and effectively exercise the body I have which is helping me get the body I want!
