I've been here twice. The first time was great and they fixed a hanging muffler issue in 30 minutes and charged me a very reasonable price.
The second time was a nightmare. My friend had gotten into an accident and had her car towed to their back lot. She wasn't in the area, so I went there to get some of her belongings (she had called ahead and told them I was coming). When I pulled up, one of their older employees (presumably one of the Plisinki brothers) flipped out at me after I asked to get her belongings and then demanded that I leave the property. Obviously, I was a little steamed, so I went into the office to explain why I was there and to complain about his behavior. The lady at the desk told the older gentleman (who had followed me into the office) to calm down because she saw what had happened, but he proceeded to point his finger in my face and threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave the property.
