my family went to play time pizza in littie rock ark on the 4th of oct . it was by grandsons 1st birthday. everything was going great .until the children wanted to ride the race cars.We ask one of the employes want we need to do to let the kids ride the racecars. she told us it cast 5 dollars pre kid that we need to put the money on a play time card. so we did and then we went to ride the race cars. we were the first in line .as we were waiting two of the employes told us that they would be back in 10 minutes.the kida are now so excited.so we waited and waited and no one came back.we ask another employe when the two employes that ran the race care would be back he said they are on break.he was short with us so we all went up front and explained to the two cashiers want was going on.so they called the two empolyes back to there stations .we all went back to the race cars the two employes show up and told us we are not starting up the racecars the batterys were low. now by this time 45 minutes has past. the small kids are now crying because they want to ride the cars. so we explain this to the two cashiers up front and were told no refund on are money that we put on the cards .we live 125 miles away and we had 30 dollars on that card. just wanted to let you know how we were treated.by the way my grandson had awonderful party thank you mrs carroll
