ADORABLE TIME 9/28/2005

I WENT TO PLAYHOUSE 19 FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST WEEKEND. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. WE SAW THE PLAY CYRANO. THE ACTORS AND ACTRESSES WERE FANTASTIC. YOU CAN TELL THEY WORKED/PRACTICED HARD LONG HOURS AND REALLY PUT THEIR HEART INTO IT. THE BUILDING ITSELF IS ADORABLY CUTE AND QUAINT. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 100 SEATS FOR THE SHOW. THEY EVEN HAVE REFRESHMENTS DURING INTERMISSION, THE SODAS ARE ONLY $1.00 AND THEY HAVE COMPLIMENTARY COOKIES. THE THEATER IS ON HIGHWAY 19 AND IS CENTRALLY LOCATED AND EASY TO FIND. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE INTERESTED IN LIVE THEATER TO GO AND SEE ONE OF THEIR PLAYS, THEY ALSO HAVE SEASON PASSES. more

Quality Entertainment 9/27/2005

Playhouse 19 Community Theatre of Citrus County offer the community a nice touch of class with their performances. They bring much delight to the area with their plays. Their members put a lot of time and energy into each performance and you can tell that they love what they are doing. Every time I view on of their plays I am moved by how good the actors and actresses perform, the amount of detail that goes into the plays, the backgrounds, the costumes. It is always a joy to see one of their productions.This past week I saw Cyrano and it was awesome. more
