I would recommend Platinum Auto Glass to everyone who has that need. The work was done quickly and expertly, and the entire experience was unique.

Worst

Wasn't willing to match price with quality auto glass who was $20 cheaper. If my glass wasn't already ordered would have gone there. On the bright side it was done quickly (1 hr) ...

Was able to get me in the same day. I was in and out, not on all day process. Staff was helpful in making it a painless process. As soon as I showed up, the vehicle was in the bay and being worked on before I made it in the building. more

Service was rapid, friendly, and well-coordinated. 10/20/2014

I waited in a comfortable showroom for a brief amount of time. My fiance initiated the process to replace a window and we got it done within a day of making the call. I didn't have to wait at all when I got here to be helped and was told the car would be finished sooner than I had planned. The staff was very friendly and the chairs felt like marshmallows. more

Thank you for providing excellent service, and providing my family with a safe vehicle to drive again. This was my first time using Platinum Auto Glass and I was impressed by their professionalism. They're very conveniently located and did a very professional job replacing one of my windows. Review correction 9/2/2014

Earlier review had some mistakes, this is to correct them. on the quoted price from there supplier, $190 for the part is what they had to go by and that's what they quoted me with the information they received from there supplier, nothing misleading from Platinum. Their supplier should be more honest on there price quotes in the future. They put Platinum in a very uncomfortable position with there customers who check prices. This was no fault of Platinum Glass! SERVICE WAS SUPER FAST!!!!!!!!! more

Wonderful people and good service 9/2/2014

I've used Platinum Auto Glass several times and have only received excellent service from them. The last time that I used them, they had my windshield replaced the next day in under 40 minutes. I've never had any leaks from their work and think their prices are very reasonable. Ted is very professional and is great at what he does. more

Way out of line $$$$$ 9/2/2014

Got bill after work was done had already paid and asked if there was a discount for seniors, AAA, AARP, no discount, was told parts house wanted $190 for the window regulator they talked them down to $119, I had called all the parts places in town first and highest was $119 for me with no shop discount witch I would imagine they got . took between 20 to 30 minutes to complete the job, my bill had a charge of $100 for labor meaning they charged me $200 an hour for labor, So my thoughts are they ripped me off!!! NEVER DO BUSSNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My next reviews will be on Google & Yelp. more

I called 4 hours before coming in and they said "swing on by, we'll get you situated." Said it would take an hour to finish up, I was out in half an hour. Very good service and price! more
