Best	Greeted with a smile, extended hospitality, specialized care, explained all contengences, courteously waited on, excellent price. I would recommend Platinum Auto Glass to everyone who has that need. The work was done quickly and expertly, and the entire experience was unique.
Worst	Wasn't willing to match price. Wasn't willing to match price with quality auto glass who was $20 cheaper. If my glass wasn't already ordered would have gone there. On the bright side it was done quickly (1 hr) ...

Great customer service and amazing work! I went in with a quarter size rock chip in my window, Ted was very honest with me about what could happen with that big of a crack. I personally didn't want to spent $210 on a new window right now so I decided to have him try and fill the crack. My schedule is pretty right and I could not do it that day but was told I could come back the next day on my lunch (pray it wasn't too cold of a night to crack my window more) I came back the next day on my lunch and 1) he was able to get it done in a timely manner 2) he was able to fill it and not crack my window so I didn't have to buy a new one. I will eventually have to replace it but his repair bought me time and you can hardly tell where the crack is. more

I called at 10:30 am. Ted checked to see if he had my windshield, he had it. He said he could install it during lunch time. He did it and I was back on the road just after 1 oclock. Great service, great price. more

The customer service was great here. From the time I made my appointment, the lady on the phone was so accommodating. The guy who put in my windshield did it with ease and professionalism. The guy in the lobby was friendly and informative. I would recommend this business to all. more

I called yesterday and had my window replaced today. (Drivers door window). Ted is so pleasant, as is his wife. They have a lovely showroom with an ongoing estate sale so there is no boring waiting time. Lots of really nice stuff. My window was done in an hour and I was on my way. Great shop. I highly recommend it. more
