Due to a misinforming website and clueless employees, I wound up calling, and visiting, this location multiple times before being finally accepted for an appointment. The big day comes, and I am forced to wait for an hour and a half past my appointment time just because some incapable nurse "didn't know I was there" even though I had checked in early. And then, after all this, all this wasted time and energy and gas, I get declined because I live outside of their donation radius - that's right, a magical, secret circle of land on which you must reside in order to donate. Funny that never came up during the multiple times I asked about the donation process and requirements.\r
