Planet Nissan

After much research on what car to purchase and many horrible experiences at a number of car dealerships, I decided to visit planet Nissan. Upon arrival, I was pleased at what I saw. I was not attacked as soon as my car came to a stop by 10 sales people that were sizing me up to determine if I can or will by a car from them. Instead, I was greeted by a very pleasant young man by the name of Tracey. I felt comfortable and as a welcomed guest immediately. I did not let my guard down completely though. Tracey was very patient with me and accomodating to my wants and needs. After I chose my vehicle, it was time for the negotiating. I was prepared to do battle with the "big bosses", but that was never an issue. I stated what I was willing to pay, and they shook my hand, said "Welcome to the Planet Nissan family!" and asked me to ring the bell in celebration of owning a new Nissan Murano. I couldn't believe it was so quick and easy... The paperwork was just the same, they explained everything to me, gave me all of my options, and I was done! I walked out to my beautiful new murano and was so happy I chose Planet Nissan! I have been back many times just to say hello and get some accessories and tint put on my new car and the Service department is just as wonderful!! I have recommended many people there and will continue to do so. I communicate with a number of people on a daily basis and am their biggest fan! And i love my new Murano!! I immediately felt comfortable with my salesman. (Jesse). He was knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to buy that day. I purchased my Xterra during my first visit to the dealership. This was probably the best vehicle purchase experience I've had. more

I was looking for a car for my wife, she was interested in an Altima. Everything went very smooth - and I was impressed with the "no pressure" style Jesse handled us with (abnormal for a dealership). In fact, I went back the next week and purchased a used F150 I saw there during our 1st purchase. I needed a new work truck and they had a great selection. My sister and brother-in-law are buying a Sentra from Jesse because of the great customer service. I saved a lot of money compared to the prices at the ford dealers. I would buy there again. I read some other ratings on the dealership. It seems like the few upset customer commented... I had such a great one - I thought Id share. I highly recommend Planet Nissan.? more

I would have never guessed I would give a five star rating to a dealership, but the staff that helped me was so accommadting. The salesman answerd my question and knew what he has talking about (unlike any other of the sales people i had).When my lease is up I will get another car from Planet Nissan!!!? more

My Salesrep, Cowboy was by far the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. His enthusiasm for the Nissan Altima was contagious. He went above and beyond my expectations. The Finance Manager, Cliff was a joy to be around. He made the paperwork a breeze and easily explained the whole process. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this was the most positive experience! more

When i arrived at planet nissan i was able to get out of car and get my bearrings before i was greated by a sales manager. He introduced me to his top salesman who went by the name Magic. Magic was the best. He listened to our wants and needs and was patient with us in the purchase of our new murano. Magic made the whole experience entertaining all the way from demonstrating the product to us to performing magic tricks for my wife and children. Even if you dont need a car go visit Magic for an entertaining 15 min. We love our new nissan and the planet nissan team!!! My wife will be buying a maxima this summer....from Magic of couse. I went to Planet Nissan after shopping at the other local Nissan dealers in town, and wow! what a difference! they were great! I bought a 2010 Altima from them after weeks of home work on what brand to buy. I also read some of the bad reviews Planet Nissan had and i would wonder who they dealt with or if they went to the right place. I had the best car buying experience i have ever had thanks to them. This past weekend, my wife and I went to Planet Nissan on Centennial. We were looking for an inexpensive car for my daughter. When we arrived, I was happy to walk up to the dealership without 20 salesman rushing me. Once I got inside, I was greeted by a nice young man, he was very courteous, and seemed to know the Nissan product very well!
