I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.............. this dealership. They're the best ;) Did I mention that I love my 2011 nissan altima too. It's the best, most reliable car ever ;) I love my car and the service at this particular location. Additionally, I recommended my parents buy one too. They loved their experience too. I've been to other locations and this one can't be beat. I would recommend traveling to this location in the las vegas area even it is a distance for you. You'll be that much happier with their services and cars.\r more

I bought my 2012 Nissan Altima in August of 2011! I had a great experience from A-Z. They didnt hassle me with my trade in and actually gave me some of the trade-in money for part of my down payment! They really did all they could to get me into my car. Since I have bought my car, I have had great service with oil changes and tire rotation. We have been all over the US since my spouse has gotten home from deployment and whether we are in North Carolina or San Diego, the service is GREAT! I cannot wait to buy my next Nissan!\r more

We went there to see a vehicle I saw on the Internet. Ended up not liking it as much but the salesman was very nice. He showed me more SUV's, I found one I did like. However told him we had an apt at another dealership to check out another SUV. We ended up buying from the other dealership. But he did call to check up and see how everything was going with my new car even tho I didn't buy from him. I ended up HATING the other dealership and promised him my for next vehicle I will go there. If I had a do over I wouldn't have even left and bought from him. If you want a salesman with some heart go see Charlie H.\r more

stay way. far way. been coming here for about 4 years now\r and bought 3 cars total in 4 years. every time l go to service l feel cond and possible tryed getting ripped off. \r last visit my wife came in, left in tears. guy in front service desk ryan made her so upset and made her feel so little she ended up crying about it. \r went to manager regarding service and how that this person tryed so hard to sell everything she didnt need and how bad that looks that this person was trying to take advantage of my wife and ""women"" and her ability to know what service to buy and not buy. \r sad sad sad. he didnt even care. didnt once say sorry for the service. bad management leads to by employess. never again. \r going to trade in the 2 nissan for either honda and our toyota. \r never again will l go back more

happy and affordable 1/13/2011

I researched Planet Nissian online and checked out the customer reviews. I got exactly what I read about in regards to great service in the internet sales dept. Mr Robert McNeil went out of his way to get us a car that we would be happy with and affordable to our budget. We can't say enough about him and his finance agent. After many attempts in other dealerships we were ready to give up until we came to Planet. more

Satisfied Customer 1/10/2011

I'm happy and satisfied the way they explain how could i trade in our car with the 0 interest. Before I was paying such high interest i though i would be stuck in the car forever! Its a good deal, I dont even have to make my first payment for 3 months! Thanks for sammy and Fred Motaman they did a good job. They explained all the paperwork and were even patient with me, bcuz I had so many questions. They already schedule my first oil change so i dont even have to worry about it. more

I was pretty surprised at how efficient their service department was. I used to go to the other nissan on the other side of town, but I recently moved closer to Planet nissan. When I was there, the service person was very nice and helpful in explaining to me what was wrong with my car. They even gave me a car to drive until my car was ready to pick up the next day. When I got my car back, not only was it fixed, but they also cleaned it for me too. more

Not typical 1/7/2011

I loved my buying experience at Planet! I called and told them the exact vehicle I was looking for and exactly what I wanted to pay, and they got it done. No back and forth BS, straight to buisness. They even brought the vehicle and paperwork to me, I didnt even have to come into the dealer. Then they exceeded my expectations, the next day my salesman called me to make sure I was comfortable with all the buttons and controld on my new car. Not your typical dealership, highly recommend. more

One day at Planet Nissan I met Jesse Quintero while there for service & had good feelings about him. I have never had such a great experience while purchasing a car. Everythiing I expect when spending that amount of money was met. They made it very simple and easy to buy a car, they did an outstanding job! The best car buying experience I have had. I was not pressured and the financials were handled professionally and no one tried to sell me anything/package I did not want. That was extremey important for me. Previously, I only bought VW, now we are apart of the Planet Nissan family! more

Even after, when I went to pick up my green slip (DRS) Robert greeted me by name and was genuine in his greeting and customer service.I have already recommended them to others. Very pleasant. more

Very Satisfied 12/27/2010

The whole thing was fast, I was in and out of there within two-three hours and everythings was so easy. I was really happy with the service I received from both the sales man and the finance manager George. I never liked going to dealerships because I never had a good experiance before but this experience made it all so easy. My Salesman was very helpful right from the beginning. He approached me in the showroom but without any pressure. He LISTENED to what I explained I was looking for in a vehicle and made the perfect fit for me! The entire staff was helpful. They have super excellent service to the client, very professional that I am going to of course recommend it. more

The salesman was GREAT! Clayton Felps was not pushy at all,he was straight foward and I was in and out in 3 hours! A lot less than I was expecting. Everyone there was friendly,nice,and they were ALL smiling,especially Clayton. He's a great asset to your company! Good JOB Planet Nissan! :) more

Highly Recommended 12/20/2010

Jim was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable with the Sentra product. He also took the time to go over everything to show us how all the options worked once the car was delivered. Mike Mayo was also a pleasure to work with. He too took the time to go over all the paperwork and thoroughly explain what everything meant so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Super nice guy and funny too! I will highly recommend all my friends and family to Planet Nisson!!! more

The Salesman Sammy Sheik was on his job as he was making the phone calls pursuing clients and he did "ME". He was very professional in getting my interest just at the right time. Very Nice man and helpful. I'm sure he will stay busy, does not seem like he will let any dust settle under his feet. Thank you! Overall I completely appreciated the effort that went in making us feel Like respected customer. My wife and I both work in customer relation jobs. more
