I like pizza parma but they are inconsistent..when they are out of ingredients they wont call and ask if you want to substitute they just do whatever they want..i order breaded wings with dust and i got plain wings with no bread fried to an obilvion i ordered meatball and bacon and got double bacon more

Awful. Don't ever order buffalo chicken pizza from here. You'll get a bunch of vegetables and chicken on a pizza with no sauce. more

I used to love this place, but I will never order again. They've been doing weird stuff. Earlier today, I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. It had ham, spicy salami, and pizza cheese topping. I expected sandwich cheese, not shredded cheese used to make sandwiches. I also didn't expect spicy salami on a plain ham and cheese...so I had to throw it out due to a stomach issue that dictates that I cannot eat spicy. I also ordered fettuccine Alfredo...the sauce was good, but they baked a thick layer of cheese on top. I've seen that with red sauces, to enhance the ziti dish....but never like this. I threw it out, it was hard as a rock. I used to order from this place lunch everyday....I will never order again. :-( more

Their artichoke pie is one of the best veggie Pizza you could get in Pittsburgh. Surprisingly, they have removed it from the menu. I just order the Mediterranean pie and call up to switch it to Artichoke Pie. more

GOOD FOOD HOT AND SUPER FAST 11/16/2011

I MOSTLY GET THE FISH SUB IT LASTS FOR 2 MEALS THE WHOLE SUB IS HUGE - FISH IS LIGHT AND FLUFFY - VERY TASTY - SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT - PIZZA IS ALSO VERY GOOD SAUCE IS WONDERFUL - I ALWAYS PICK UP MY FOOD BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSE TO ME - I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE STAFF I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS - THE NEXT PARTY I HAVE WE WILL TRY THE CHICKEN SALAD ON THE CATERED MENU more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/2/2008

I called on a Friday night and I had a coupon that had no expiration date, and I asked for that, and they said they couldn't honor that because they changed their menu, and i said but the coupon has no date or anything on it, he said sorry, and hung up the phone. I called back and said ""I can't believe you just hung up on me. I think that's very rude to do."" They said well that's the way we do business. Goodbye, and hung up. I will NEVER order from them again and discourage anyone else from it as well. Pros: They deliver late on Friday nights Cons: TERRIBLE Customer Service, RUDE RUDE RUDE more

Nothing fancy, but pretty good. 4/7/2006

I've gotten Pizza here a couple times and have been fairly satisfied. It's comparible to typical chain brands -- not exceptional, but definantly worth a try if you're close by. Pros: Have parking, Good prices Cons: Not much seating more

Pizza is great, name a topping and they have it. Pineapple and Ham, can't find those toppings but Pizza Parma has them. I always say Pizza in Europe was the best, these guys have delivered it to the USA Pros: Taste, Price, Friendly more
