So I finally got to eat here last night. Let me tell you, I let the anticipation build for two weeks. I have been looking for a good pizza place out in the NW for almost 10 years. There are 4 criteria for good Chicago style pizza. 1. The crust should be thin, crispy on the bottom and a little doughy on top. CHECK 2. the meat topping should always be under the cheese. CHECK 3. The sausage should be fresh and each piece should be pulled from bulk before being pressed into the dough. CHECK and 4. The cheese should be fresh mozzarella, cooked to a perfect bubbly golden brown. Pizzas are great - the burger is AWESOME. 8/1/2008

I grew up near this place - I always found the pasta to be a little lacking, just like the other reviewer. But the pizzas are tasty little numbers and the burgers are pretty outstanding. Served with the fixins on a grilled french roll. That's what you should pick up. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Pros: Close to I-5 for a quick stop-off. Great burger. more

The food is awful. 7/2/2004

We've tried this place twice just to make certain. Yep, both times we were served watery, greasy, overcooked pasta (alfredo $13, ravioli $11, spaghetti $8). The bolognese sauce tastes like it's made out of tomato paste concentrate. The meatball was pretty good, but unfortunately served with that awful paste. The italian sodas were tasty, especially with the whip cream and cherry addition, and the garlic/cheesebread was pretty good, but we won't be returning just for sodas and bread. Service was excellent, by the way. Pros: italian sodas, garlic/cheesebread, friendly atmosphere Cons: , tomato paste-sauce, cost more
