Kendall, I'm so sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience at our restaurant! As the owner of Pita Grille I wanted to personally thank you and all of our customers for your support and concern in our business. Your thoughts on our phone service are very helpful and we will definitely be looking into this matter so that you will have a better experience if you decide to call again. We are actually going to be keeping our full service sit down dinners but changing our lunches to a counter service style where you order at the counter and grab a number to take to a table. We really hope this helps local business professionals and loyal customers with faster and more efficient service and that will include to go orders. Your comment could not have come at a better time to help us figure out how we can make sure our new lunch service is an improvement rather than a hindrance for you\r Thank you again and the next time you call or visit us please don't hesitate to ask for me personally so I can make sure to get in contact with you and see if your future experiences have improved more

I recently ordered lunch for my staff via the telephone. The music in the background was absolutely loud and the man taking my order was laughing the entire time. This was a terrible customer service experience. We love the pita grill, but do yourself a favor and don't ever call to make an order. OUCH! more

This amazing place is under new ownership and I cannot say enough! My wife and I went there and the service and food were amazing! A little known place that is gaining popularity. We were seated immediately, menu specials and were discussed as well as the beverage selections. I asked for a special dish not offered on the menu, a delicacy to most people's standards and my wish was quickly complied with. Kibbeh was prepared exquisitely, just the right seasoning, with a garnish of sweet onions and fresh mint. I was in heaven and felt like licking the plate clean! My wife had Calamari, right off the boat, crunchy on the outside and the correct texture. I would highly recommend this. We also ordered a Spanish Spinach appetizer that my wife devoured! I have not done this in a while, but I asked the server if she could ask the Chef to make a fish entree and have some fun, She delightfully replied that the chef would really enjoy that. I was surprised with panco encrusted whitefish that was moist and delicious with the pairings that he offered. \r A short visit from the chef, (who is also part owner) to ask my opinions on this delectable dish was much appreciated. Take my advice, try this place out! It is a hidden gem in North Palm more

Pros: Well decorated, nice warm atmosphere, friendly maitre d'. Cons: Lamb had good flavor and was cooked well but a bit gristly. Waitress was not friendly at all. Most important was the pita bread which tasted like the kind you'd get in a plastic bag at the grocery store. Don't know if I'll return. more

Excellent service, exquisite food. Overall, this is the best kept secret in Palm beach! The owners are extremely friendly and made sure my friends and I had an excellent experience. I will definitely be back again! more

Delicious food, great service, warm atmosphere. Sat at the bar and watched the chef cook and saw all the amazingly delicious looking plates of food. We ordered two kabobs - mixed grill & lamb - cooked perfectly! Looking forward to coming back again and trying something new. more

I have eaten here more than I can count and it is awesome. If this restaurant were downtown you wouldnt be able to get a seat. One of the best restaurants to open in Palm Beach County in the last 10 years. Don't take my word for it. You will not be disappointed. The lunch is consistently god with traditional middle eastern offerings but the dinner specials are where its at. Restaurant has a great ambiance and the food is out of this world. ALWAYS fresh and ALWAYS good. Try the bronzini (usually on the nightly specials menu) or any of the chefs specials for the night. You will be returning with dinner parties. Take it from a tough critic. It's that good... abc more

I wish I knew about this place a year ago, because after trying it 2 months ago, I keep rushing back. The chef used to work at Cafe L'Europe where similar dishes cost 2 to 3 times more. The hummus and tabouli is fresh and delicious, as is the octopus appetizer. My three favorite entrees are the chicken kabob which is 4 pieces of chargrilled chicken sans skewer with a curry yogurt sauce and grilled veggies. At $14.50 it is enough for two meals and is juicy and delicious. The seared tuna over quinoa pasta with roasted vegetables with red pepper sauce and maroccan spices ($22.50) is "god-like". The chargrilled bronzini ($24.40) comes to tableside whole and flaming, and is fileted at your request. Everything is fresh, prepared expertly, and the servers are truly nice. Never had room for desserts, but they look great too. Aside from all this, it's a very casual place where shorts and a tshirt will work as well as nice clothes. I can't wait to go back!!! more

We finally got a chance to go to Pita Grille tonight and it was really great! The service was friendly and attentive, but the real star was the food. Though the specials all looked great, we went for the classic dishes- kabobs and hummus. Everything was outstanding - great flavor, and prepared perfectly! Oh, and the homemade dessert was delicious and very original. We left feeling like we'd had a great, healthy, and memorable meal at a reasonable price. We will definitely go back. soon. more

Wonderful place. I lived in the middle east for years and this is the closest you'll find in PBC. Adib, Chef George and the crew always makes one feel at home. Turkish coffee and good baklava top off another great meal. A must visit. more

Extremely rude server. Bad quality meats used in entree's. Food was improperly served to males long before females. Food was cold salad was old and limp. Complaints were acknowledged and ignored. more

I had a deliciously delightful late dinner tonight at Pita Grille. Dinner was quite good from my ICE cold on tap Stella Artois to my herbal tea and homemade Snickers pie and whipped cream. I ordered the Filet Mignon Kabob with roasted veggies and yellow rice, hummus app and lentil soup. My friend had the beet with feta & walnut slalad and calamari. I was so surprised this place tucked away next to a Subway, FedEx Kinkos and a Firestone shop.\r \r I'd thought Pita Grille was a pita & salads type of shop, instead I found a nice place with warm red walls and warm wood tone, a nice wine list, pleasant & attentive wait staff and management...plus great food!\r \r Go early, before 7:30pm to avoid the any wait, or have a late romantic dinner as they're open until 10pm.\r \r Enjoy! more
