The have many on-site mobile homes and modular homes to tour. When looking they let us know that they did have financing available with option to buy. We were not looking for that but had a interest in finding a modular home to put on our own lot. We liked the idea that they would deliver, set-up, skirting and steps in the price. This family owned business was more than helpful and friendly to use.
