On Dec. 29th I left a cash deposit of $500 towards my pet's hospital services. The person handling my case was not there so I receive a receipt from another receptionist stating that my $500 cash would go to my services that night. The next day when I went to pick up my dog from the hospital Melissa Gaska the receptionist handling my case told me that I had a credit to my account and that all $500 was not used. I asked for my $500 cash deposit back stating that I would like to use my credit card towards the service and they refused to give me my deposit back in cash. I told the office manager, Esther Mariscal, which a deposit was to make sure that the services were paid for, as no one told me that the money would be used towards his services as I wanted to pay with a credit card.
