I actually do not think that pier 1 is pricey. Especially if you are comparing it to Pottery Barn, my favorite store! Our coffee table and end table are from there and they are about 4 years old. They have held up very well. I also like alot of their glass and dinnerware. They always have cute and cheap napking rings. Candleholders and vases are my most purchased items from there. more

Cute Stuff 11/4/2005

This place is very pricey if you are looking to redo a room or looking for a lot of home decor stuff. I like going in here to look at stuff and ocassionally I will purchase some candle stuff or maybe one or two other things but I sure wouldn't spend that much money on their decor stuff. You can find the same quality at other home decor stores for half the price. more
