Best place for bikini wax 4/19/2010

I have always had a great experience at Pia's. The staff make you feel very comfortable and at ease during the waxing process. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny. The place is always very clean and they make you feel pampered from the moment you enter the room. They always offer something to drink. The rooms look very posh and they seem to use high end products. Would recommend to all of my friends. more

They treat you luxuriously as the larger spas do. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The facilities are clean and the staff practice good health standards. All items used are sanitary. Pros: convenient, polite, friendly & professional Cons: none off the top of my head more

Best Spa Ever 6/26/2009

I go to this spa for the waxing services. There are no spas with these services available where I live, so I travel. They are such a clean environment, they are so good at keeping your dignity so you are never exposed or embarrassed, they are fast and extremely thorough, and very friendly and professional. The amenities are wonderful and it creates such a relaxing environment when you are there. I love this place and recommend it to everyone!!!! Pros: service, speed, comfort, ammenities Cons: none... wish it was closer to where i live but i'll travel more

No massage for the weary 6/2/2009

have left three messages at this location (West Chase) to schedule a massage........and no return phone call (yes I left my name and phone information)....I even called the South Tampa location to ask if the West Chase location was open...and was told "if you left a message they should call you back....they must be busy".....so no massage for me.... Good Service, Great Atmosphere 5/13/2009

Pia Esthetics is a really great place to go if you're getting waxed; it's realtively painless, and the staff is great. Ask for Alex if you can get her - she did a wonderful job and turned what's usually a pretty awkward hour into a bearable situation. Also, go to their website and let them know when your birthday is, because they give you a really decent discount to use. Pros: professional, clean and soothing atmosphere; great waxing Cons: they did keep me waiting for a while more

Great Place 5/13/2009

Absolutely the best experience that I have had... waxing is almost never a fun experience but Kara was amazing. Kara not only was very skill, she made the time go by very quickly with her sparkling personality. I have already recommended her to 2 of my colleagues. I will be a return customer, and if I were to give her a rating on a scale from 1 to 10, it would be a 15. Please tell her thank you for her attitude and professionalism and I will be back. Ahhhh... 5/5/2009

I just recently had a baby and my husband and new daughter surprised me with a gift certificate for a 50-minute massage at Pia Esthetics Day Spa in Westchase. I am typically anti-massage, as I don't like strangers touching me. However, I was very comfortable and relaxed at Pia! The massage was fabulous and so relaxing. I appreciated that the massage therapist (Don) explained everything he was doing and provided some tips on how to keep away tension headaches by doing some simple massage techniques myself. The staff was pleasant and the place was clean and soothing! I would recommend to anyone and will be requesting more gift certificates as gift ideas in the future! Great experience... 4/15/2009

This was a birthday gift that I had been hinting about for a while and finally got! I was a little late because I was in the midst of packing/moving/forgot about the time. The staff couldn't have been nicer and told me that I didn't need to apologize for being late. I was unsure what to do and what to expect since I'm a pretty private person but my massage therapist was great, explained everything and gave me enough time. I was even able to have a glass of sangria before my massage. This massage was so great that I actually fell asleep. Being from NYC, I'm always hyper alert in public and NEVER fall asleep anywhere but this put me into a state of tranquility. Highly recommend the Westchase location! Best place for Waxing 3/2/2009

Waxing is never a pleasant experience but I am very happy I found this place; Pia Spa at Westchase. I really recommend this place, the ambiance is great. Everybody is very professional. I am not afraid of waxing anymore, thanks to Alexandra. I also had a facial and it was great; Alexandra explained all the products to me and I saw a big improvement on my skin. I have told all my friends about this place. I wish this business a lot of success. more

best waxing in tampa bay area 2/25/2009

I have been getting brazilian waxing for a long time and nothing can compare to Pia. They have such a beautiful spa. As soon as you walk in they offer you something to drink water ,coffee ,sangria. They make you feel right at home, i have gone back 5 times now and referred 3 of my friends and they all love it. now we make a girls day of it. I even went for a couples message on valentines day. I am a frequent flier at Pia's. I am there at least once a week and have experienced most of their services. The staff, from front to back, has always been friendly, professional, and polite. I have lived all over the country and have been to many spas from coast to coast and Pia's, by far, is one of my favorite. Pia's does rank as number one on my list for Brazilian waxings. I'm not sure how, but it doesn't seem to take as long nor does it hurt all that much. I am totally satisfied with the spa. I would recommend it to everyone for all their fluffing and buffing needs. Best massage I ever had! 8/16/2008

I recieved a gift certificate for a massage to Pia. What a great experience. The massage therapist was very in tune with what I wanted and even went as far as to educate me on some things I can do at home to help with relaxation and tension headaches. I will certainly be back! more
