Phone Communications Inc never set up the user-friendly handset options (such as setting date/time, forwarding calls, etc) on our main system. (Our employees could never understand over the years why the options never would work when following the user manual instructions.) Turns out, this was done intentionally so that our company would have to pay for unnecessary service calls. Rick the owner refuses to return client calls. He instructed his tech not to provide us simple keypad instructions over the phone, demanding a pricey service visit just so we could forward one of our phones to a cell phone. The polite word for their practices is unethical. Comany is switching to another provider as a result.
