I just used Phoenix Appliance Repair Center for the first time to fix my Kitchen Aid dishwashers and I have to say this was the first experience I've had in a long time where the service man was a professional, well groomed and very happy person to help me out. If you've used them before you know exactly what I mean. I can't say enough GREAT things about Phoenix Appliance Repair Center, Its about time real professional people are making house calls then the usual drunk or doped up ones that seem to be infested with the repair business. I give Them an A+! more

This was quality service. I called at 9:30am because my dryer was not working. The Phoenix appliance repair team had someone at my house by 1:00pm. I was so impressed. The technician came and knew right what the problem was. So friendly and kind, great customer service. He got my dryer to heat on the spot .No problems with Phoenix appliance repair, just great service and will use this company aslong as i have appliances more

I called these guys after there competitors had made two unsuccessful attempts to repair my washing machine. It took two weeks of phone calls and missed appointments. Phoenix Appliance Repair Center was recommended to me by my coworker, after i share my frustration with other company. They got it working again in one shirt visit. more
