I love Phillip's. I would eat there several times a week if I could. The only entrée I've had, and the one that seems to be the most popular, is the lavish and generous seafood buffet. Everything you could want is here....crab legs, shrimp, paella, great desserts...and you can come back for more as often as you like. When I've been here, I've managed to eat until I couldn't anymore. The only drawback is that some nights the line for a table is way, WAY out the door. And they don't take reservations. Also, parking is at a premium in this waterfront neighborhood. Unless you like driving around in circles for half an hour until a space opens up, prepare to spend some money for parking. Luckily, Philip's has its own pay garage in this neighborhood, where the other garages tend to fill up with the cars of patrons from nearby nightclubs. The atmosphere is crowded and friendly...a good place to come with a group of people. The enclosed patio is very pleasant and a bit quieter than the main restaurant. more

Phillip's Flagship serves guests an American fare an emphasis on seafood. It's the best! I want to go there everyday! The food quality is great, and so is everything else! If you're looking for a place with entertainment, this is a good place to go. When weather permits, enjoy outdoor seating. Entrances and walkways are wheelchair friendly. Parking has been arranged for customers. more

if you're a buffet lover, and a seafood maniac, you have come to the right place! with all you can eat seafood items from crab legs, mussels, shrimps, to pan fried salmon fillets made to order, and even fresh pasta made to order, you will never leave hungry! The place is always crowded because of the popularity and the authenticity of seafood palaces. The only bad parts would be getting your own food! and parking can cost a few dollars or if u get lucky, you can find parking on the side of the street with a little meter fees. The fresh fish market is also nearby, and the view is more than amazing, right by the bay on the water front, nothing's better. All you can eat, and the view is there!
