Review content:
I love Phillip's. I would eat there several times a week if I could. The only entrée I've had, and the one that seems to be the most popular, is the lavish and generous seafood buffet. Everything you could want is here....crab legs, shrimp, paella, great desserts...and you can come back for more as often as you like. When I've been here, I've managed to eat until I couldn't anymore. The only drawback is that some nights the line for a table is way, WAY out the door. And they don't take reservations. Also, parking is at a premium in this waterfront neighborhood. Unless you like driving around in circles for half an hour until a space opens up, prepare to spend some money for parking. Luckily, Philip's has its own pay garage in this neighborhood, where the other garages tend to fill up with the cars of patrons from nearby nightclubs. The atmosphere is crowded and friendly...a good place to come with a group of people. The enclosed patio is very pleasant and a bit quieter than the main restaurant.
