Sir I?m writing to request your immediate attention to my tragic circumstances. I?m a single grandmother taking care of my orphan grand?s here in Raymond Rosen. I?m a victim of domestic violence. I was beaten so bad that Pha Tammy Terrell took my PO order. I requested than to be moved. I was told NO. As a result I was hospitalized. Then my paschall home caught on fire. Fire dept did full evocation. (See file) I requested again to be relocated. I was told NO. Now they just went in painted over smut and put me back in. As a result of that my grandson was affected by the smut in unit. (See file) I requested again to be moved and was told NO. I even had the medical community provided notes it was harming him they still said NO? (See file)
So now paschal is being torn down. They put me in for relocation under that my cable was supposed to be refunded and 100.00 . They gave no money nor help in the complaint that they broke all my stuff moving it in I provided pictures grievance and damage report. (See file) They again said NO. I told them that I could not be move to North Philly, as I was testifying for DA in a matter (see file). They told me that I would lose my pha housing if didn?t take it. Three weeks after taking the unit the party that I was testifying against had my sixteen yr old son stabbed in the eye. (See file) My son now wears a metal plate in his face from being stabbed on pha property by another pha client. Now I begged again to move me due to the nature of want happened. I was told NO again. I was approach by the state task force to search my unit for drugs and guns because a flyer went around the development about me. (See file). I?ve had DHS complaints which were closed out. Then I finally got in front of a truancy judge for last years attendance of my son whom was stabbed. I took that chance to beg the court for help for PTSD and to have service from dhs since they sad no to any abuse I needed support. Pha doesn?t have anything in place to assist the victim of its units . I?m pleading with your administration to have me relocated ASAP! The health and welfare of my family depends on some help from your administration as the director of admission charles Linair has put Pha square behind a eight ball legally. The Da office has requested for me to be moved. They told Da Lelan Kent NO ,they were moving to take my housing . Violation of crimmenal part G of my lease.(see file) That matter was dismissed and they still are saying No for my transfer.(see file) The policy of Pha is in the shut down mode of the admission dept means no transfers or add ons. The only ones consider will be domestic fire violate crime.I got all the above to no avail has anyone heard my cry. The question pha shoulds ask is what do you tell me when my family is harm again as the treats are still coming egging my home destroyed my 700.00 tent in yard.
