I have been going to Peter's for my haircuts for almost 10 years. Everyone there is wonderful and their work is great! My wife, Joyce, introduced me to them. Peter does her hair, and it's always beautiful. Peter is not only talented, but also very warm and gracious. I will leave it to my wife to write her own glowing review. I will simply say that it's a pleasure for me to go there for my haircuts--and it's always a great pleasure to see how beautifully Peter has done my wife's hair. more

Peter transforms me. Always does my hair a different way so I know what I have for options. He definitely has a talent for matching your face and the cut. And one of the few I have gone to that can deal with curly, thick hair! Thank you Peter! more

Melissa asked great questions to figure out what part of my back needed the most work, and was able to relieve a lot of the everyday pain I experience due to the arthritis in my spine. She was great! more

Best Service Ever!!!!! Great Customer satisfaction! I have never experienced anything or any other business as good as this one! I always feel like I am treated like a princess when I go there and the people are great and Peter is a wonderful person who treats you with the most wonderful service I have ever experienced! Fabulous facials, great atmosphere and the most phenominal pedicures and massages around!!!! Keep up the great work because Peter's ROCKS! more

Saved by Peter's!!!! 10/10/2010

A year ago I had my entire wedding party scheduled at a salon in concord when last minute they told me they could no longer accomodate me. Last minute Peter's got me and my 7 brides maids scheduled hair and make up!! Not only were the updos and make up gorgeous! but their staff was an absolute JOY!! They were extremely professional and were able to understand and deliver everything we asked for. Not to mention their prices were more than reasonable. When waited on with complimentry mamosas and h'ourderves I was so taken back by the exquiset service!! Regretfully Peter's was not my first choice for my wedding but after the nothing but perfect experience I will forever be a loyal client! more

All Peter's staff are professional, extremely well skilled and seem to be happy, and happy with their place of employment, or as one stylist put it to me "her second home" Peter's is my first recommendation to anyone who wants the most phenominal experience!! more

WEDDING 9/29/2010

What a horrible experience. I decided to book myself into Peters to get my hair and make up done for my wedding - which was being held close by. I live in Boston but took the 2 hour drive up there one day to meet the hair dresser and get my hair matched to my extensions. All went fine until about 2 weeks later I had not heard from them about my hair extensions being ordered as they told me they would call me when in - the receptionist apologized but told me my hair dresser had quit and that I would need to come back as they had no record of my hair color.\r \r After another 4 hour return drive I thought all was set until I turned up to do a trial. The hair extensions were the same length as my hair and new ones would need to be ordered. They did apologies profusely and I asked about the extra charge and they said there would be none.\r \r The day of my wedding the charge was about 3 times what I had original been quoted. The owner (I am assuming Peter) is one of the rudest people I hav more

absolutely fantastic!!! I love going to Peter's because they offer things that other salons couldnt even hold a candle to! The spa is SO clean and the atmosphere is to die for... not to mention the very talented stylists he has WOW is all i can say... more

Peter's poor attitude 8/12/2010

This is very unusual for me to actually write a review however this particular episode was so upsetting, people need to know. My son bought a spa package for me and it took me almost a year to use it but I made the appointment and the receptionist had record of the gift certificate, never mentioning I needed to bring it with me. Well I forgot the gift certificate and Peter proceeded to refuse the services even though they had a record of it being paid and that is was purchased for me! He proceeded to insult me personally, making me so angry I will never go back there or recommend anyone to this salon. I have told everyone about this incident and Peter is a liability to his own Salon. He cares more about being right than making the customer happy. more

Manicure and Pedicure horrible! 7/23/2010

My daughters and I recently went to Peter's and used their day spa for a few different services. The massages and facial was amazing and we would go back to receive those treatments again however we all received manicures and pedicures and they were horrible. The cost for a pedicure is $50 and was so not worth it. They don't trim your cuticles and the paint job was horrible. All the nailpolish was old and 3 hours later both our nails and toenails were tacky and chipped. Would never go back for manicures or pedicures. more

I ADORE Peter's Images!!! 4/5/2010

Peter's Images is by far the best Salon and Spa in Concord, if not in all of NH! I've been going to Peter's for years, and they have always taken amazing care of me and my whole family. I used to see a girl that is no longer working there, and although she did contact me to let me know of her new salon, there is no way I could ever leave Peter's! The customer service there is so top-notch, I would only be disappointed going somewhere else. more

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and accomodating, and the service is the best. I have been to a lot of Concord area salons, and Peter's is by and far the best of all. My color is perfect every time I go there, and their facials are both awesome and affordable. You must try them! more

Best Salon/Spa in Concord! 3/15/2010

I love, love LOVE Peter's Images! Every time I go there, from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave everyone that works there is so nice and wonderful to me and my whole family. They take such good care of us. My haircut is always fabulous, and my highlights are always perfect (and I'm picky about my blonde). The best part is, I've seen several of the stylists at Peter's over the years and all of them have been good to me. Plus, the day spa is so beautiful it's not like anywhere else in Concord; they'll give me a glass of wine and a mini-eclair while I'm having a pedi!!! Seriously, if you want class all the way, Peter's is the only place worth going. more

The owner has no manner. I visited their for 3-4 times and one day I called them that my car suddenly stopped on the road and I might not able to make for the appointment but I will if I can come 1-2 hr late, As I was waiting for the AAA and mechanic shop to call me back. They said they have to charge me for that. I was speaking nicely to them and the owner said I still have to pay no matter what.They don't care about the customer relation and only thing is money. The 1st time I had message there and they only get half body massage and charge me for full body. When I mention that they said "oh come next time we will gel full message". That's it. more

Phenomenal!!! 9/12/2008

I had previously gone to two other salons with disastrous results. Peter's Images Unlimited was suggested to me, because it was just down the street from my office, so I thought I'd give them a shot. Wow!! They paired me with a stylist named Tricia and she was phenomenal! She actually listened to me!! She gave me THE BEST CUT I had ever had, and the next day I was able to style it with hardly any effort. My husband told me I was beautiful for the first time in months! I can't say enough good things about this salon! You MUST visit this salon...I promise you, you will not be disappointed. My experience was exceptional, from the receptionist and her offer of a cold Diet Pepsi on through to the "ta-da" of looking in the mirror at a completely new (and better) me!! Thank you to everyone at Peter's for taking the fear out of finding a new salon and thank you to Tricia, my new stylist! more

I agree with the "women Treated Like Dogs" I also have had simalar exsperience at PETER'S.My hair did not come out so good.And my hairdresser was not so nice.She didn't even ask me if I needed anything, she threw on some color and disappeared, rinsed it and gave me a bad hair cut and sent me on my way !? more

some of the girls there do ok hair. I personaly don't enjoy being in a atmospher were people are verbaly abused by their boss.Everytime I go there the owner is yelling at one of the poor girls at the desk,never to mention that everytime I go there is new girls.Last time I was there the owner who I assume is Peter was screaming at a young lady so bad in the back room she started to cry.Why a talented young lady would put up with this is shamfull in this day in age? There are many nice salons in Concord to get your hair done where the help isnt treated like this.I talked to one of my girl friends and she told me she has exsperienced the same thing and that he FIRED HIS OWN SON ? and the other one opened up his own salon,because he could not take it anymore.CAN ANYONE BELIEVE THIS 2007? more
