BAD SERVICE 2/24/2011

Wouldn't honor manufacturers coupon in conjunction with their sales price.\r Nothing wrong with the coupon, but they said they couldn't give two sales prices at the same time for the item.\r Also, never the same staff from month to month....always new faces. Can't build a rapport with anyone.....Go to Pet Supplies Plus up on Reynolda.....Friendly service and a better variety of items. more

Friendliest Pet Store In Town 4/10/2007

By far the best pet store in town. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Best selection of products and great prices. Clean store, doesn't have the ""pet store"" smell. Great ambiance. I really recommend Petsupermarket to any pet owner. Pros: Helpful staff, great variety of products and great prices. Cons: Shopping center is crowded but the service is worth the traffic. more
