Personal Attention Dental Center

I have been going to Dr. Windhams office since I was 10 years old. I'm always greeted with smiling faces. The office staff is most helpful when I have questions or concerns. Something happened with my husbands insurance and the front office helped to call and get the situation taken care of so that I didn't have to worry.I highly recommend Dr. Windhams office. more

they will give serive then tell you that your insurace is no longer accepted or that the service is not covered. They do not treat thier customers well at all, they will rip you off!!!! more

We had an extremely poor experience with this office. My wife went to Windham's office in February 2008 for some denture work. The initial visits went very well and we paid in full for the work. During the initial fit in, my wife was unhappy with the appearance of the dentures and asked for some reasonable changes. Windham proceeded to degrade her in front of an assistant to the point that she came home in tears. Unfortunately I didn't make this visit with her, but we did request a full refund of services. We weren't given the $160 initial visit fee back and I was informed that we wouldn't receive it. Not sure why the lack of professional respect for a patient, but very disheartening to have to start over. Obviously would not recommend this provider to others. more

My family has been using Dr. Windham for a couple of years now and we will continue using him. We rarely have to wait when we arrive for our appointments. The staff are all professional and pleasant and Dr. Windham himself is a great personable person. My 8 year old has been afraid of the dentist in the past, but has not complained once when going to Dr. Windham. more
