My name is EDDIE and I recently had a very unfortunate and unpleasant incident with Pericos. I had been a regular client of theirs for over a year and the food is just okay, but the reason why I continued to order from them is because of the price (somewhat reasonable). However, my recent incident with them is the reason why I will NEVER order and/or dine there again.\r

I placed (4) orders over the phone for pick-up on a Wednesday. I went picked up the food, and returned to work. However, one of the orders was not included in the bag (which happened to be my food). I called back, spoke to the shift manager, and she sent someone to come bring the food to my workplace, however, the food was not delivered until my lunchtime had expired. And on top of that, the food was cold and not edible.\r

At that point, I called back and spoke to manager. She was sympathetic towards my situation, though she mentioned she would have to speak to General Mgr who would return couple of days thereafter. I did as she told me and called few days after (on Friday). After speaking to General Mgr. (named Edgar) , he showed no type of remorse/sympathy and was highly unwilling to compromise.\r

Mr. Edgar appeared to be very snobbish and unpleasant over the phone. I guess his mindset is set to not care about losing loyal customers. I ended the phone with him advising him that I will NEVER order/dine or recommend anyone to Pericos.\r

Hice lo que me dijo y llame pocos días después (el Viernes). Después de hablar con el General Manager. (llamado Edgar), no mostró ningún tipo de remordimiento / simpatía y no era muy disponible para llegar a un acuerdo.\r

Sr. Edgar parecía ser muy arrogante y desagradable por teléfono. Supongo que su mentalidad está configurado para no preocuparse por perder a los clientes leales. Terminé con él por teléfono advirtiéndole que nunca voy a pedir / cenar o recomendaría a ninguna persona para que atendieran a Pericos.\r
