I went in on a saturday to have a Converter installed. I paid over 200 for a brand new Converter and a 1 year warranty. With in 3 months The converter started making a noises as if something was loose. I returned and spoke to therman The owner. Before he even steps out side to look at the car he starts making excuses as to why it was bad and that it was not his fault, After a few minutes of arguing with him he decided to finally look at the car. As soon as we get it on the lift I see Leaks all over the exhaust where he had welded on the new converter. He then begins to make up excuses again. My car is not running right, The wrong engine is in the car, I drive it to hard. On and on. He refused to fix it, After Calling the manufacture of the converter they confirmed that the leaks in the exhaust are probably what caused the part to fail by allowing water to enter and damage the converter. They since the Installer did not install the converter correctly they could not warranty it. I was o more

very rude 1/6/2009

When asked if this company would put on an exhaust with the parts we had already bought the gentlemen there was rude and said he did not have the time and that he didnt put on a certain part even though we were the only customers and it is first come first serve basis. Instead of being nice and recommending someone to put on that particular part he was just rude! We would have come back to this business to finish the job but due to his rude behavior we went else where. I would NOT recommend this place. more
