my daughter just brought a car two months ago they were nice and very helpful we are having some minor issues but will take in they were very nice with this process as well what do people think when they are buying used cars that are close o ten years old and have over 100k miles on it heck i brought a tahoe off tshowroom flloor spacking brand new i had problems with ie only diffeence is it had a warrenty because it was new. cars are not perfect machines and neither are we more

Scam stolen cars 7/18/2011

they use to treat me good here so i brought them much business.. i practically sold 3 cars for them and when i go to buy my car they stick me witha POS that sounds like a school bus.. i needed a car so i keep it for 6 months to do the trade in and now they have been givinig me the run arund forever.. i have been there 9 times and left with the same car.. when i boughtme car i didnt even have al my paper work but they took my cash and sure gave me the car.. sound good to you? and i was also tipped off that they have boosters steal cars and they fix them up.. i think this place is a legal chop shop that needs to be put out of business more

A great experience 5/27/2011

Quality auto sales I had a great experience dealing with all the nice sales man. They helped me get into a nice low miles car for every cheap. I didnt have a good job and wasnt getting paid every much. But quality auto helped me get financed and got me in a car that day. Everyone on this review are wrong i never had an experience like that. I bought my first car from quality and my family had been previous buyers for many years. This is a great dealership and and they are very nice people who are willing to help anyone get into a car. Willing to do anything 5/16/2011

I think that you guys honestly have nothing better to do than bash this company. I have gotten 1 car from them and 1 truck. I was in an accident with my truck and I needed a car asap. Terry was willing to do anything and everything for me to get me in a car. I found a car on their lot that I have wanted for many years and he got me into it. The reason they make you do the credit app first is so you dont pick out a car and get your hopes and and not be able to afford it. If you go to any other dealership its the same thing. It sounds like you do not know how the buying process works. If you look at the prices here they are under the blue book value because they want you to be able to get the car that you want and that you can afford weather you have good credit bad credit or no credit. I bought my blazer 7 months ago and have had my cougar for about 2 months and I had no problems with either of them. All cars will eventually have issues its a freakin computer. Get over it and move on. more

Wonderful Experience I had a great experience with Quality Auto, I had little money and they got me a low mileage car that runs like a champ. I can't agree or disagree with the other reviews but my expeience was wonderful. they are even looking to put me into another car that I am interested in. more

This place is wonderful just when i thought i couldn't get a car these guys turned things around for me, i got a great car that needed a little work, they have an onsite mechanic with full detailing, my car was fixed and cleaned all in the same day, i couldn't do it without Quality auto sales more

Employess are very nice 4/29/2011

I purchased a car from this dealership and had no problems what-so-ever. I found this website because I am recommending it to my friend and I am shocked at what some of your are writing. Especially those who say that they hate it and then went on to buy a second or third car there... if it is so awful, why are you going back? Clearly you had a good enough experience to shop there again. I think the employees are very nice and treat people like any other dealership I've been to. And as far as the warranty comments, you have to sign a paper stating you are purchasing the car ""as is"" or purchasing an additional warranty for an additional cost. Not sure why you are all so confused about that. Again - I liked it. I recommend them. The rest of you need to get over your negative attitudes. And before that girl rants and raves that I must be one of the people who work there - I'm not. So don't even start with that, please. more

i am not sure what the issue is i have bad credit and they've helped me alot , if you ask to test drive you can if you want to take it to a mechanic you can. i have had both of my vehicles inspected by a mechanic one did'nt check out and i did'nt buy it. it might be personal responsiblity though, there very helpful and i will go back again, my interest has dropped because of on time payments more
