Pep Boys

I went to this PEP BOYS and they just ripped me off. I paid a great amount of money for them to fix certain censors in my car as they said they would. As soon as I entered my car , I noticed that my service engine light was on(that problem was supposed to be fixed since I paid for it). Their response to that was that they were going to need to run a diagnostic test and charge me more from what they had previously charged me to fix that. I paid almost 600 dollars for this problem to get fixed and their response to that was"cars are complicated". I definitely do not recommend this store and they are negligent and in my opinion they are incompetent. Therefore, I would advise you not to come to this store because their service is one of the worst that I have ever experienced. more

I went here to get my tires rotated and it usually takes 45 minutes at other places but they got me in and out in near 25 minutes, you cant beat that and they where nice, but the waiting room dose have slightly uncomfortable chairs and sort of dirty (grease on them). more

Was looking for an item that was on sale. Came here when I was told that this branch has it. They found nothing plus they took almost an hour to find it out on their system. I was sent to Ontario branch. Same situation. Was told to go back to Upland branch, because their system showed that Upland had that item when it didn't. Nobody knows anything, messed system and no assistance. Definately wouldn't recommend. more
