Was looking for an item that was on sale. Came here when I was told that this branch has it. They found nothing plus they took almost an hour to find it out on their system. I was sent to Ontario branch. Same situation. Was told to go back to Upland branch, because their system showed that Upland had that item when it didn't. Nobody knows anything, messed system and no assistance. Definately wouldn't recommend.
