Don't bother trying to get an alignment here. 3 times in 3 months and the car still pulls to the right. The customer service manager on Sunday has certainly convinced me to fil...

High Quality Affordable Service 2/8/2013

Just got my A/C repaired here and had great service. It was a weird issue where water was leaking out underneath my glove compartment. The PepBoys team spent a lot of time looking into the issue and finally were able to resolve it. They gave me a 10% off coupon and gave me a warranty on the work that was done. Everyone was friendly and the service was affordable and high quality. more

The Pep Boys Many, Moe, Jack have been around for ever and I worked for the Pep Boys back in the 1970s selling tires. Good job long hours. A American Icon Company. more

Pep Boys is one of the best. 11/26/2009

I have been shoping at pep-boys in redondo for some time now and they've always been great to me..I have also had my vehicle serviced several times and to this point I have not had any issues, the staff at this location is alwyas friendly and always delivers a good job!!!! I can only belive that the customer with an alignment issue "Patrick" is just an unreasonable person with nothing else to do but complain and act like a victim....I have had my vehicle repaired at other locations and trust me, dealing with pep-boys or dealing with a small independent shop there is no match..Pep-boys will stand behind their work. more

Pep Boys in Redondo can't do alignments 7/13/2009

Don't bother trying to get an alignment here. 3 times in 3 months and the car still pulls to the right. The customer service manager on Sunday has certainly convinced me to file a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair due to his poor attitude and failure to fix the car. They claim to have road tested the car and can't even admit that the car still pulls to the right. more

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION 2/17/2009

I had 4 shocks installed and paid over $700 for the work. All 4 shocks failed in less than a year and only had driven 10,000 miles. Another Pep Boys in the same area told me all 4 shocks were bad. I went back to this Pep Boys to have them replaced and they denied anything was wrong with them. They did not take responsibility for the car. I would NEVER go back to this Pep Boys again. STAY AWAY!! more

Car stop 10/5/2005

Stop in to Pep Boys for quality car service or head inside to find parts, accessories or even smaller vehicles like go-karts and mo-peds. Good place to stock up on air-fresheners and oil, too. Friendly service. PROS: Good location. CONS: Not as big as other Pep Boys more

Awesome 7/19/2005

This Pep Boys is located right near the corner of Artesia and Aviation. The service is always great, friendly, and speedy, and there is a plethora of items for your car that you can buy there in addition to getting work done. It is near gas stations, fast food, and other little food and shopping areas within walking distance, so if you're stuck there for a few hours with no car, it's a good place and time to get some food or some other shopping done. Great location and great service. more
