Peel Mansion is located off of Walton Blvd.. It is probably one of the oldest houses in Bentonville and has the historical artifacts to prove it. Owned by the Peels, it has passed down through the years, until it finally was taken over the Bentonville Historical Society. The story behind the mansion dates back to the late 19th century. The Peels were a well to do Victorian family in Bentonville and owned several hundred acres of land. While museums typically bore people, this one does have its own ghost story! It's a fun place to go if you're interested and it gives you something to do on a boring day.
