Our 3 kids, ages 9, 6, and 3, have been patients here for 3 years.
Reggie, the P.A., is a stand-out. He is excellent with them. He is really exceptional, personable, calming, understanding, and fun.
Aida at the front desk is super.
We have seen all three doctors--Shirley Borkowf, Maria Ortiz-Tweed, and Yim Lam. They are thorough, friendly, and seem to know their field well.
The practice will see us on an emergency basis when we need it, telling us to come right in. This is invaluable for peace of mind.
I would consider the practice nearly perfect if it had a nicer waiting area, and if they would accept appointments for one year into the future.
The waiting area reminds me more of a hospital clinic than a private practice. It has commercial-type flooring rather than carpet, plastic chairs, and is full of marketing materials for drug companies, which I think is inappropriate.
When a child is to be seen a year into the future for an annual check-up, then the template should extend a year into the future. It is difficult to plan three childrens' schedules without this service.
All in all we are very happy with the practice.
