This company has harrased me, claiming I owe them money. I never went into a contract with them and they refuse provide me any documentation of this account. They said since my social security is on the account that is proof. This situation happened by their supposed records, 2005. If you get a call, request proof of account. I am excersing my right to have this agency not contact me but only by mail. The ignored my rights and informed me that they will continue to harrass me by phone until I make a payment. The gentleman even boldly stated he will call me everyday if he has too. Watch out for them.
