oil change simple, not for them 9/17/2009

I had a simple oil change done about 2 weeks ago. I noticed the engine in VW Passat wasn't responding like normal. Seemed like my engine was working harder, rev-ing more than normal, so I checked my oil. It's about an inch past the indication markings on the dip stick, I would say at least a quart or even 2 quarts over the recommended line. Pros: cheaper than dealership Cons: workmanship more

Best customer service in the triangle, clean, nice waiting room with a toy area for kids 9/10/2006

I have tried many places in the Cary and Apex area for reliable service on an automobile. After asking around and checking places out, this has to be my best experience. The gentlemen are always polite, honest and trustworthy. They always give an estimate upfront and do add things on afterward unless you request it or it is needed and they get your approval. It is best to have an appointment and ask when it will be ready. They are a little hard to get to off 64, but just turn toward Wendy's and take an immediate left, head to the end and they can help you. Pros: Reliable Cons: May need appointment. more
