\r This place cause me so much stress and extra money. Had a simple windows update problem and they managed to screw my computer up even more to where it froze randomly. They wanted more money to fix the problem they caused and still could not fix the issue. This caused me to spend more money to renew my warranty with Dell. Stay away! They will only cause more problems with your computer because they honey have no clue what there doing more

This was a terrible experience. I was told one price on the phone, then a higher price once I got to the store. The parts took 3 weeks to come in when I was told 1 week, then they wanted to charge me for additional repairs once the parts were in. I'm not sure how they got any reviews on here that are positive, everything about this experience was negative. Find somewhere else to go. more

AWESOME! It's so refreshing to find an honest company with well-trained staff. Fixed our computer for peanuts and in the same day. I won't go anywhere else in the future. The big box companies all wanted to send the computer off for repairs. Not this company! They fixed it onsite. Very, very pleased. more

Dropped off my computer and within a few days received a call giving me updates on what was going on with it, as well as what the charges might be. \r \r Once the repair was complete the store manager agreed to even stay late for me to be able to pick up my computer as I wasn't able to during store hours. \r \r As the title says ""Great Store"" and they have earned a customer for life. more

Took my computer in in Early May 2010. Called several times. Finally called in mid June and the manager said they had been real busy and had not had time to check the lap. Called back in August and they had sold the lap. Not an email or a call. Come on...These guys are theives. more

I called in ahead of time and spoke to some sales clerk named Johnathan as i was told later by another sales clerk that works there...anyways he told me the tech was out for the day and that i should just come in on saturday and ask him for the part myself so the next day i drive all the way down from north tampa and the tech is not there i was told by the clerk she could order the part for me or i could comeback monday so i come back monday and the tech is in the hospital and the sales clerk just blows off my question and overall just a waste of gas and time with no type of customer service even after being originally told they have the part will never waste my time with these guys again...fail Pros: nothing observable Cons: customer service/price more

From the moment I walked in I could tell this was different from other places. Brightly lit, lots of computers, everything was organized, I travel allot and I have always preferred going to the smaller independent stores as opposed to the retail chain stores, and I can say 100% this is one of the nicest computer stores I have been in, They are usually gray and dark with broken computers all over the place and guy you are not so sure you want touching your computer behind the counter. Everyone there was super friendly and there prices seemed great. Pros: Great Selection and Fantastic Prices Cons: nothing major more

I took my laptop to another computer store and was told I had to replace my motherboard for cost of $455 I said no and went thru a huge hassle to get it back. When I did get it the laptop back it was not even put completely back together completely. I took it to PCG just to get the data backed up and they called me and told me they had looked at the laptop and the only thing it needed was a new internal power jack and the cost was around $125. I told them I had already purchased a new laptop so they did the data backup for free and gave me $150 for my old laptop. Man I wish I would have gone to them in the first place. Pros: They know what they are doing and they are honest more

Brought a laptop in with a battery that no longer took a charge. Took 28 days to get the battery! I went in three weeks into the wait and picked the laptop up and told them ""call me when you get the battery"". Had to pay in advance for battery; invoice totaled over $300 for a $129 battery. They charge $80 just to look at your computer, and had tried to add on a bunch of 'diagnostic' fees. They were 'nice enough' to knock off the extra charges, and only charged me $220. Oh, and I picked the battery up and put it in myself. They didn't even install it! Next time I'll get the battery online myself, have it about a week and only pay the $129. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! Pros: BEWARE! RIP OFF! Cons: Long Wait and Overpriced! more

I have used these guys for sevral years and have always been pleased with the level of service I have received. They have great deals on computers and they fixed my wifes laptop last week after she dropped it.
